Welcome to RBEL.com!

Ride Bikes. Eat Local. is my personal journey to instill and inspire weekly habits that connect and support the community while reinforcing a healthy lifestyle.

My goal is to journal weekly half- day adventures, riding mountain biking trails that are not too strenuous and visiting nearby locally owned restaurants. These adventures will be focused around two cities: Chicago, IL and Lake Geneva, WI.

I will be sharing logistical tips and scenery of various trails; followed by eating at (or enjoying takeout from) a local “family owned” eatery close to the trail. I will choose trails meant for any level mountain biker, walker, or hiker and find locales that offer good healthy options and a strong sense of community.

I’m excited to share these experiences with you and certainly hope to inspire you to get out (responsibly) and have them too!

Let’s have an epic adventure!
